We are dedicated to complete satisfaction by our customers. In an effort to ensure that we are fulfilling this goal, RNC sends satisfaction surveys to our customers to fill out and return to us. We value our customer's feedback and challenge ourselves to continuously improve our service. The chart below represents the averaged results of over four years of Customer Satisfaction Surveys. We ask our clients to rate us on a scale of 1 to 6 (1 being "poor" to 6 as "exceptional") for 7 categories.
